Delivery & Returns
All Create Gift Love products are handmade to order and dispatched the next working day* after your order has been placed. We offer standard and express delivery options at checkout for UK and international customers, and local customers are welcome to collect their orders from the workshop in Ringwood.
Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm with our express delivery service. Express orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
*during busy periods our processing times may be slower - express orders will always be prioritised in these instances.

UK Delivery Services
|Standard Delivery||£1.95, free on all orders over £30||Dispatched the next working day.
Standard orders are sent with Royal Mail First Class post and typically arrive 1-3 days after the dispatch date. This is an untracked service but you will receive notification of delivery.
|Express Next Day Delivery||£4.95||Order by 12pm (Mon-Fri) to qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Express orders are sent with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery and typically arrive the day after the dispatch date.
|Local Collection||Free||Local customers can collect their orders from our workshop in Ringwood, Hampshire. Orders are usually available for collection the next day - we will email you when your order is ready.|
International Delivery Services
|International Standard Delivery||- Europe - £6.50
- USA and Canada - £7.00

|Standard international delivery orders are sent via local mail and arrive in most locations within 7-10 days (estimated). Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.|
|International Express Delivery||- Europe - £20

- Rest of the world - from £25 (dependent on location, calculated at checkout)
|Express international delivery is provided by DHL Express, a super fast and reliable international courier service with full tracking available. Orders are dispatched within two business days, and almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-3 day transit time (exceptions apply).|
Duties are pre-paid for all orders shipping to the EU so there should be no unwelcome surprises when importing your orders. Customers in non-EU countries may be liable to pay import fees, please check with your local authorities.
We create all of our products to order, designing, cutting and hand finishing each item with the highest precision. Personalised and bespoke items are made to the exact specification as requested upon ordering. Therefore we are unable to provide a returns policy as items cannot be placed back into stock.

Where is my order?
If you’ve received an email to say your order is on its way then please sit tight, it will be with you soon. Most items are arriving within 1-3 days but we have experienced delays of over a week in some cases. Generally we don’t have any more tracking information than you do, so please be patient while Royal Mail complete your delivery.
If the tracking page says ‘An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’, this means that the item is still in transit with Royal Mail and will be with you shortly.
What if I’m not at home when it arrives?
Our deliveries do not require a signature (unless you’ve chosen Special Delivery) and the vast majority will fit through your letterbox, so nobody needs to be at home to receive them. If you’ve ordered a large item Royal Mail will leave it in your safe place or with a neighbour where possible.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you’ve noticed an error with your delivery address please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to update this. Please note, if your item has already been packaged up and dispatched it won’t be possible to amend the delivery details.
