Delivery & Shipping Policy

We make all of our products to order in our New Forest workshop and dispatch most orders within one working day. Orders placed before the current order cut-off may be dispatched the same working day.

Our order cut-off can change during busy gifting periods, so the current cut-off time and estimated arrival date are shown on each product page.

UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard Delivery costs £3.20, or is free on orders over £50.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

UK Express Delivery

UK Express Delivery costs £5.49 and is available on most products.

Current cut-off times and estimated arrival dates are shown on the product page, with delivery options shown at checkout.

Working days

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after the current cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Estimated delivery dates

Dispatch and arrival dates shown on our website are estimates. Occasionally, delays can occur with delivery carriers or because of circumstances outside our control.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will help investigate with the delivery carrier. 

If you need an order for a particular date, please check the estimated arrival date shown on the product page and choose the most appropriate delivery option at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@creategiftlove.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@creategiftlove.co.uk and we will help investigate the delivery.

International delivery

We ship internationally, with available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times shown at checkout.

We aim to cover any applicable import duties and taxes for international orders. However, customs rules and charges can change and, in some cases, local authorities or delivery carriers may apply additional charges outside our control. If you are asked to pay any unexpected customs or import charges, please contact us at hello@creategiftlove.co.uk before making payment where possible and we’ll do our best to help.
