14 years of making gifts that mean something.
Create Gift Love have been designing and making thoughtful personalised gifts and accessories in the UK since 2012. We’re a twelve-person workshop on the edge of the New Forest, making gifts with meaning from sustainably sourced materials, powered by renewable energy. From the very first pair of cufflinks founder Emily made at her kitchen table, Christmas 2011, to the keyrings her team finished and posted from the workshop this afternoon, every single gift has been made the same way: to order, by hand, on the south coast. Our gifts have never been mass-produced, and we’ve got no plans to change that.
To date, we've been trusted by over 500,000 customers and world-renowned corporate clients to create gifts that honour, remember, and celebrate some of the most important days of their lives. Gifts that say a tiny “hello” from your baby to her Daddy on his first Father’s Day. Gifts that say, “I love you as much today as I did when we first met”. Whether it’s a “congratulations, you only went and did it!”, a “thank you for being you,” or a treasured memory of those we’ve loved and lost, our keepsakes are made to tell your story.

How we do it
Every keyring, photo gift, or personalised accessory is made from start to finish in our purpose-built workshop and studio space in Ringwood, Hampshire. We're powered by 100% renewable energy, and choose natural, sustainably sourced materials from British and Italian suppliers, sourcing close to home when we can to support the local economy and minimise our carbon footprint.
Our wood is FSC-certified, from responsibly managed forests, and our leather comes from Tuscany, Italy, from a family-run tannery that still follows the centuries-old process of vegetable tanning. At every step, we choose materials that respect the planet, and processes that honour traditional craftsmanship, to create products with as much character as the team that made them and the people who own them.
Where we started
Create Gift Love began at a kitchen table, as many businesses do. Launching a business wasn’t always the plan, but when Emily’s idea to make wooden cufflinks one Christmas snowballed, with family and friends encouraging her to make more and more gift ideas, a seed began to grow.
Emily and her husband Tony set up a makeshift workshop in their garden shed, using money they made from auctioning a vintage sofa, and started selling their wooden gifts online. Within 18 months, they were busy enough to leave their full-time jobs (Emily, a pharmacist, and Tony in aerospace) and employ a team of their own.
14 years later, we’ve launched new brands, opened a studio, and designed best-selling products sold all around the world. Create Gift Love has won awards, been featured in the press, and worked with globally-recognised clients (including one very special royal commission). But at its core, we’ve not drifted far from our days in the shed. We still make everything in the UK, still source the best quality materials, and we’re still making wooden cufflinks.
