If you notice that you’ve made a mistake on your order request please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it for you. Unfortunately if your order has already gone into production we will not be able to make any changes and there will be charges for the product to be remade.

Yes we can send a gift directly if you’re not seeing your mum in person. All our personalised gifts are supplied in a giftable pillow box or you can upgrade to a Create Gift Love gift bag and personalised gift tag.

If you’re sending your gift directly, just make sure to enter your mum’s delivery address at the checkout instead of yours, and let us know if you’d like a gift message included with your present by writing a note in the special instructions box.
