Metal and Leather Photo Keyrings

It’s easy to upload your keyring photo on our website – simply fill out the personalisation options on the product page then hit the ‘upload and crop image’ button. You can upload your photograph directly from your phone, computer or device and you will be able to preview, crop and edit the picture to make sure it’s perfect for your personalised keyring before your order.

If you’ve ordered a Create Gift Love photo keyring via Etsy or Not on the High Street and are struggling to upload your photograph please email hello@creategiftlove.co.uk with your file and order number.

All of our handmade gifts and personalised photo keyrings are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Express next day delivery is available within the UK (weekdays only) for all orders placed before 12pm and all standard delivery orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days.

We print your photographs directly onto the surface of our keyrings which means you will need to supply the photograph at the point of purchase and it cannot be changed at a later date.

If you would like the option to add your own printed photograph, our leather photo frame keyring is a great option which you can customise at home. And if you don’t have a photo you’d like to use, why not choose a personalised keyring with a name or message instead.

Yes, you can have a double sided photo keyring. If you would like to have a second photo printed on the back of the plate instead of an engraved message you can order our Double Photo Keyring where you will be able to upload two different photos – one for the front and one for the back.

We aren’t able to offer design proofs for customer approval due to the number of orders processed by our small team each day, however all photo keyrings will be designed by our artworkers and we will ensure that your images are positioned appropriately. With the photo uploading tool on our website you can preview exactly how your photograph will appear within the shape of the finished product and you can crop and edit the photograph to your liking before submitting.

As a general rule we are limited to six custom characters on the case of the photo keyrings. This is because the traditional letter stamps we use are a fixed width so we are unable to adjust the size of the font. However, some letters are slimmer than others so there are always a few exceptions. If you would like us to check if your longer name will fit you can get in touch and we’ll let you know.

Yes, we stock both gold and silver foil and hardware so we can make your photo keyring with a different colour than the standard design if you would prefer. If you would like us to use silver foil instead of gold (or vice versa) please leave us a note on your order and email us with your order number afterwards to confirm.
