Express next day delivery is available within the UK (weekdays only) for orders placed before 12pm; express orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. All standard delivery orders typically arrive within 2-4 days working days of ordering.

Giving a personalised gift from the whole class is a lovely gesture to say thank you to your teacher at the end of the school year. Depending on which product you choose it might be possible to fit all the kids names on the gift but it will depend on space, character restrictions and how many names you need. Our popular Thank You Teacher coaster comes with a standard message engraved in a spiral design, and you can personalise it with the names of teacher and student. If you want to have something other than our text as the main message we may be able to create a custom order for you, however it will depend on the length of the message you would like to include and whether we can make this fit in the design. The best thing to do is contact us before you order and we'll work with you to find a solution.

If you notice that you’ve made a mistake on your order request please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it for you. Unfortunately if your order has already gone into production we will not be able to make any changes and there will be charges for the product to be remade.
